Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by KhanzLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Engineering Services

KhanzLab provides software engineering, AI integration, and digital design services. Deliverables and timelines are strictly defined within individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stipulated in the MSA.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KhanzLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or infrastructure.
